This is a multi-purpose high-precision micro cable thermocouple type integrated temperature transmitter, with two wire diameters of φ 0.15mm and φ 0.25mm. The temperature measurement range is -50 ℃ to 300 ℃, and the highest accuracy is ≤± 0.15 ℃.

1、 Surface temperature measurement
In theory, it is required that the sensor volume for surface temperature measurement be infinitely small and thin in order to minimize the disturbance of the probe material on the temperature field of the temperature measurement point due to thermal conductivity (i.e. deviation from the true temperature).
The high-precision micro cable thermocouple integrated temperature transmitter effectively solves the problem of inaccurate surface temperature measurement. Its outstanding advantages include two: 1) it can be isolated from the measured surface with a very thin heat-resistant insulation film; 2) It can be directly attached or welded to the tested surface (similar to shell type). If the surface being measured is a charged body with high voltage, the power supply and output of the transmitter can be isolated from the ground with increased strength to solve the problem.
Applied to glass surfaces, pipeline surfaces (with insulation layer to replace insertion temperature measurement), skin surfaces (made into handheld shapes), temperature difference between inner and outer surfaces, integrated circuit surfaces, dew point meter lens temperature measurement, etc.
2、 Temperature measurement in confined spaces
In theory, for temperature measurement in narrow spaces, it is required that the probe be infinitely thin in order to minimize the disturbance of the probe material to the temperature field at the measurement point due to thermal conductivity (i.e. deviation from the true temperature)
The high-precision micro cable type thermocouple integrated temperature transmitter effectively solves the problem of inaccurate temperature measurement in narrow spaces, reducing thermal conductivity to negligible levels and ensuring accurate measurement.
Applied for temperature measurement in small bottle bodies and narrow gaps such as bearing pads.
3、 Narrow passage through temperature measurement
Due to the small size of micro cable thermocouples, the cable specification for a wire with a diameter of 0.25mm is 0.8 × 1.6mm, and the cable specification for a wire with a diameter of 0.15mm is 0.7mm. The temperature measuring end can be made waterproof. It is convenient to measure the temperature at a certain point by entering through the door gap of the incubator or insulation box.
